When it come to Cassia, the two famous one should be those from China and Vietnam. As they look nearly the same, will you be able to tell them a part?

No or just a little Lichens, they are from China.

The Chinese Cassia is sweet, but it's not that sweet.

Also the Spicy sensation, if you used both Vietnamese and Chinese Cassia, you will surely know that, the Vietnamese one is much Spicier than Chinese one.
